The same week-by-week cash flow projection you love, built entirely in Excel. Perfect for Windows users or anyone who prefers a spreadsheet they can see, edit, and own.
The Excel version covers the core planning features. You get the same week-by-week projection engine, built with formulas you can inspect and customize.
Track all your recurring expenses in one sheet. Set amounts, due days, and categories. The engine distributes them into the right weeks automatically.
Add paychecks with their cadence and anchor date. Supports weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly pay schedules.
Track balances, interest rates, and monthly payments. See how much you'll pay in interest across the year.
A built-in chart visualizes your projected balance week by week, so you can spot low-balance periods at a glance.
Each week gets its own row showing projected income, bills, credit card payments, and your running balance. Log your actual balance to recalibrate.
It's your spreadsheet. Every formula is visible and editable. Customize layouts, add your own columns, or adjust the logic to fit your situation.
Both versions share the same core cash flow projection engine. The app adds more automation and deeper features for Apple users.

The Excel version covers the core features: bills, income, credit cards, loans, a cash flow chart, and the week-by-week view. The app adds iCloud sync, partner sharing, a Savings Builder, and a Debt Payoff planner. The spreadsheet is also fully editable, so you can customize it in ways the app doesn't allow.
The Excel version only runs on desktop applications or web-based spreadsheet viewers (Excel, Microsoft 365, or Google Sheets). It is not available on mobile and does not have a dedicated app.
